SONG SELECTION SHEET

This sheet is used so that the DJ knows what your specific song selections are for each dance.
If you are undecided on a song, click on the link below to download our song suggestion sheet.
 
There are also three categories to fill in for songs to be played:

1. Songs that you definatley want to be played at the reception.
2. Songs that you do not want played unless a guest asks for it.
3. Songs you definatley DO NOT want played.

Write in any special dedications.
 
Then select if you would like any specialty dance/songs played.
